At SS Neurotrans PLT, we believe that theoretical knowledge alone cannot power Malaysia's industrial transformation. While engineers graduate with textbook understanding, the critical gap in practical PLC programming and automation skills is holding back our manufacturing and agricultural sectors from achieving their full potential.
The evidence is undeniable. According to the Malaysia Critical Occupations List 2024/2025, these technical roles face severe shortages:
The Crisis in Numbers:

We're not just another training provider. We're solving a national economic emergency.
While universities produce graduates with theoretical knowledge, and TVET institutions focus on basic skills, SS Neurotrans bridges the critical middle gap - practical implementation of automation technology that industries desperately need.
The SS Neurotrans Difference:

To be a leading partner for practical technical upskilling and innovation in Malaysia.
Growing up in Tamparuli, Sabah, Sidiq watched his father - the village "electrical repair-man" - solve complex problems with practical wisdom. This inspired his journey from informal learning to Advanced Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering and over 15 years of TVET training experience.
"I've trained hundreds of engineers in PLC programming," Sidiq explains. "The pattern never changes - graduates have the theory but lack the practical confidence to implement automation solutions. Meanwhile, the automation revolution accelerates faster than our workforce can adapt."

Madlizah brings a unique dual perspective that makes her invaluable to Malaysia's agricultural future. As both a Mechatronic Engineering diploma holder and active palm oil planter since 2017, she understands both the technology and the land.
"I've seen firsthand how simple automation can transform agricultural productivity," she shares. "Our farmers don't need complex theories - they need practical solutions that increase yield and secure our food future. My engineering background helps me design what my farming experience knows will actually work."

Unlike traditional training providers, we combine industrial expertise with agricultural practicality. Sidiq's decade of training experience meets Madlizah's hands-on farming knowledge - creating a powerful synergy that delivers solutions working professionals and farmers can immediately implement.
Our 2025-2026 Focus:
The data confirms what we see daily:
This isn't just a skills gap - it's an economic liability. As Malaysia accelerates toward Industry 4.0, the shortage of practical automation expertise threatens our industrial competitiveness and agricultural productivity.
We're not just teaching mechatronics - we're building Malaysia's automated future, one practical skill at a time. From the factory floor to the oil palm plantation, we're empowering Malaysians with the hands-on expertise needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving technological landscape.
The automation revolution isn't coming - it's already here. At SS Neurotrans PLT, we're ensuring Malaysia's workforce isn't just ready for it, but leading it.
